ABOUT THE AUTHOR(LEI)LANI LIN writes fiction across age groups and genres about magic, monsters, and monstrous ambition. She is a Kundiman Fellow, a Lambda Literary Fellow for Emerging LGBTQ+ Voices, and a lifelong learner who loves going down research rabbit holes. She is Native Hawaiian and Vietnamese, and she works to channel all aspects of her identity into her work. In her spare time, she is known to go all in on her various hobbies (emphasis on varied), including everything from rock climbing, to collecting stationery, to getting really nerdy about Ateez lore.
